Last SnD of 2010
Well the last Splash and Dash of 2010 has come and gone. It’s at a miserable time of day, its a long drive out there and I’m sick of the run course, but no doubt it gives us a great weekly speed workout. My favourite part of going is watching SnD Series Champion Amy’s pre-race ritual, which I got on video for you to enjoy.
I’m the nice guy who gives her the keys.
